BBS – behaviour-based Safety

Scope

BBS is intended to focus workers’ attention on their own and their peers’ daily safety behavior. The goal of BBS program is to improve the employee safety of the organization.

The idea is that employees are able to manage safety on their own, identifying, understanding and gauging risks prior to taking actions to lessen the chance of accidents by changing behaviors.
